What denomination is the church affiliated with?

We are a non-denominational bible based, bible believing, and bible teaching church that meets everyone right where they are.

What are the core beliefs of the church?

1) Our aim and intent is to uplift and equip men and women and strengthen families. 2) We are not a perfect people nor are we a perfect church, but we do serve a perfect God. 3) We believe that God sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross at Calvary for our sins. 

Service Information

How long do services typically last?

Each service at WOGCF typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This includes powerful praise and worship, an inspiring message, and time for prayer and fellowship. We encourage you to come ready to experience God’s presence and connect with our church family!

Is there a dress code for attending services?

At WOGCF, we welcome everyone to come as they are and feel at home in God’s presence. While we do not have a strict dress code, we do ask that all attendees dress in a way that is respectful and appropriate for worship. We encourage modesty and ask that clothing be tasteful and not overly revealing. Our focus is on creating a welcoming environment where everyone can worship freely without distraction. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to worshiping with you!

Can a visitor take communion?

Yes, you are welcome to participate in communion at WOGCF, even if you are not a member of our church. We believe that communion is a sacred act of remembrance for all believers who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. If you share this faith, we invite you to join us in this time of reflection and gratitude for His sacrifice.

Can I request prayer even if I’m not a member?

Absolutely! You do not have to be a member of WOGCF to request prayer. We believe in the power of prayer and are honored to stand in faith with anyone in need. Whether you’re facing a challenge, seeking guidance, or simply need encouragement, our prayer team is here for you. Feel free to submit your prayer request, and we will lift you up in prayer.

When does Bible study take place?

Bible Study takes place every Wednesday at 7:15 pm unless specified otherwise. 

What volunteer opportunities are available?

There are many opportunities to serve at WOGCF, whether through ministry involvement or helping with upcoming events. We believe that serving is a great way to connect with others, grow in faith, and make a meaningful impact. What kind of outreach is the church involved in

WOGCF is deeply committed to serving and uplifting our surrounding community through various outreach initiatives. From school supply drives and Fall Festivals to Health Fairs, Business Fairs, and Christmas toy drives, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around us. Our goal is to be a beacon of hope, love, and support for our community.

Does the church offer premarital counseling?

Yes, WOGCF offers premarital counseling to help engaged couples build a strong, Christ-centered foundation for marriage. If you’re planning to get married and would like to participate in counseling, please visit our Getting Married page and complete the registration form. Our pastoral team looks forward to guiding you through this important step in your journey together.

Does the church provide any care services (e.g., counseling, prayer ministry, financial assistance)?

WOGCF does not offer counseling or financial support directly, but we understand that these services are important. Our goal is to connect you with trusted professionals within our community who can provide the support you need.

What should I expect as a first-time visitor?

As a first-time visitor at WOGCF, you can expect to be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine warmth. Our church family is excited to welcome you, and we want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive. As a new member, what is the best way to learn more about the church?

As a new member of WOGCF, we invite you to join our RISE class to learn more about our church and how you can get connected. RISE is available both in person and online and is held every 4th Saturday of the month from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST. The class covers key topics such as our Mission & Vision, an overview of our ministries, key points of contact, ways to get involved, and upcoming events.

Is the building accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, WOGCF is wheelchair accessible! Our facilities are designed to accommodate all guests, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone. If you need any assistance upon arrival, our team is happy to help.

Are there any public transportation options nearby?

Unfortunately, there are no public transportation options available near WOGCF at this time. We encourage visitors to carpool with friends or family if transportation is a concern. If you need assistance getting to church, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to connect you with resources or members who may be able to help.

Is there enough parking at the church?

Yes! WOGCF offers free and ample parking on church property and in surrounding lots for all members and visitors. Our Parking Lot Ministry is here to ensure a smooth and stress-free parking experience, helping you get in and out with ease. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular attendee, we’ve got plenty of space for you!
